and i use video recoder or camera
there are many blue lines seen in the camera
is there any problem
i hav format my phone but
still the problem repeats
wht is the problem
is the problem with the network or with the phone software/hardware.
Do you really take pictures or videos while you are on the phone?
If this is the case,ie bt headset/hands free then i suspect you are asking too much from it.(cant re-fresh screen quick enough)
If not then must be faulty lens.

bloomkit and othe hands free
but i suffer the same problem
i want to Nokia care.
they checked everything and even they tooo don't find any solution
