Just sold my 7650, and did a hard reset before selling.
The buyer says the phone works OK, but cannot install any software onto the phone - he gets the error "security error. unable to install".
I'm going to advise another hard reset, but any idea if that fails ?

tell him to set the date and time correctly, otherwise check the tools/application-manager/options/settings/application install (or something) =allow all
or there is some thing about the security verisign certification settings where something has to be turned either off or on. I think my problem went away with the first option, but I think I'll never really know.
And tell the buyer also that he can't install any S60 3rd Edition applications, or any UIQ applications or any S80 applications, and that many S60 2nd Edition applications won't work either, but all S60 1st Edition apps should (unless they require more memory than what the 7650 has).
