well i realy need some one to help me out with this one to know if i am righ or not
well i just installed the following app 1- tracker v3
2- XPerience Tracker skin
3-Magic themes
4-PSiloc screensaver
5- Camcoder
and now i think ... why the hell should i buy a P900 ???? actualy i think now the p800 have ( almost ) every thing that can realy annoy any user and make him wish if he had to buy a p900
i realy dont know if this is true or false ... but now i think that to buy a p900 is a realy wast of mony
Improved screen, keypad and a few other things. I know it's not much, but it was enough for me to upgrade 😃 Especially the screen!
do u realy think its worthit ??
i am not saying that u didnt have to upgrade to a p900
but do u realy thing its worthit ... to sell a brand new phone and buy a new one with exactly the same features and almost the same look .. but with 3 changes ??
i would have been realy convinced if the upgrade was like from a nokia 7650 to 6600 ... more internal memory .. and much cooler design
but this ower case .. i am not realy convinced :icon4:
As I said it was enough for me. Besides, I had the P800 for 11 months before replacing it for a P900. I can understand why you don't want to buy the P900 if you just bought the P800.
P.S. The P800 has 12MB internal memory, and the P900 has 16. And the P800 comes with 16mb ms duo, while the p900 comes standard with a 32mb duo-card
P900 vs P800
Pros
much better screen (more colours, backlit not frontlit)
slimmer (fits in my pocket better)
proper electronic keypad (can use keys to play games FC or FO)
Cons
Price
not as funky to look at
memory management is poor (runs out of memory much more often than P800)
I upgraded (and paid GBP175 in the process) because I broke the screen on my P800, but whether it's worth it is very much a personal decision. If I hadn't broken my P800, it's unlikely I would have bothered. However, now I've done so I'm pleased with my new P900.
There's more to the P900 under the hood, which distinguishes it from the P800. For some of you, this might not be as important, you have to decide for yourself:
- comes with UIQ 2.1, which also means it is featuring Java2 ME 2.0. Very important
to me, since it means I can run (certain) Java apps on the P900, which require
more than just simple graphics and networking. But then, I'm a developer, so your
mileage may vary...
- it may feature a 2nd processor, or the 2nd processor may have been upgraded.

- is more solid and robust. And I like its design much better than the P800's.
I've read many complaints that quite a few emulators don't work properly on the P900 because of the improved colour depth.
I would have gotten a P900 if it weren't for their hefty price tag. Endless bargain hunting led me to find a P800 for 120 off eBay. I bought it, even though it came without Memory Stick, charger and everything else.
