I have re-package a Q9 software for the use on a NGAGE/QD English version mobile.
This software have the ability in displaying Chinese messages and eBooks.

And when your phone displaying Q9 software expire message do this,
1. Delete the 2 "yehoe134.rsc_01" and "cngsktmm.dat" files in the d:\system\temp\ folder or,
2. Switch-off and re-power on your phone.
By choosing either step above will gain you the chance to re-use the software again.
Attached below was the Q9.S60EN.Trad-Key.MMC.Full.SIS software installation file, together with some screenshots of the software taken from install and using it on a 6600. (It can use on a NGAGE/QD too 😊)

You may mean well, but the author's license agreement on their site ( http://www.q9tech.com/eng/services/download/license.htm ) says:
C. YOU MAY NOT:
1. use the Program or make copies of it except as permitted in this License.
2. translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Program except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by
applicable law.
3. rent, lease, assign, or transfer the Program except as set out in paragraph B above.
4. modify the Program or merge all or any part of the Program with another program.
5. redistribute the any files included with the Program.
To me it sounds like you are violating the license.
