newbie question: How send .sis

hi could someone tell me how i send .sis files over my bluetooth? what appz i need i cant seem to be able to work it out.

Send from the phone to another phone? -> Try FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/). You may have to rename the .sis extension to something else first (and then back on the receiving side).

Send from the phone to a PC? -> Try FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/). You may have to rename the .sis extension to something else first (and then back on the receiving side).

Send from a PC to the phone? -> On Windows most Bluetooth software packages allow you to do this using Explorer: Select the file -> right click -> Send To -> Bluetooth -> select phone

If you mean something else, please, explan what, exactly you have tried (step by step) and what, exactly, happens when you do try (including any and all, exact, error messages).
