I recieved my brand new 6600 today from o2 to replace my broken 3650. However, when I go into the camera, or some apps, i notice a single pixel which is flickering blue, and is quite a nuscience. Is this in any way common and is there anything that can be done about it?

sounds like a dead pixel. I had a digital camera once that had what you described, but it was green. what I thought of as a dead pixel was a black pixel, but the thing is each pixel is made up of a red, green & blue element and if any of them are damaged it'll look funky.
you cant do anything to it really. if you've got o2 insurance take it back. I know theres a tolerance for the number of dead pixels on a large monitor, but on something as small as a phone screen it sucks.
take it back right away. it's a dead pixel. Orange had a problem batch of those and i'm on my third one, which has been fine now for a few months. It's a kind of thing that will either be on the phone right away or appear gradually over time.
Can't remember which is which but there's a 'dead pixel' and a 'stuck pixel', one flashes on and off and the other stays on. Kind of thing you notice most on a black background or when you put the camera on and cover the lens.

I don't think it is a dead pixel, as it only happens when taking and viewing pictures, in games etc, it is fine. I think it is more of a software problem. If there is nothing i can do about it, i can live with it, noone has noticed unless I point it out anyway, and most of the time it ain't there.
