I'm trying to port SomeOne's FlashPlay for UIQ to Nokia Series 60. Could someone give me a little help trying to do this, or maybe, if you really wanna be nice 😃 just do it for me? I'm not having much luck, as I don't have the money or time to buy MS Visual Studio.
Porting FlashPlay to Series 60
There is (or at least used to be) a Series 60 SDK that includes a version of Borland's C++ Builder 6 IDE on http://forum.nokia.com/
The newer SDK's support Metrowerks CodeWarrior or Borland BuilderX.
Ok, I recently downloaded both the UIQ and Series 60 development kits (latest ones). I used the UIQ emulator to install FlashPlay, then got the FlashPlay installation folder and put it on my N-Gage. I'm thinking, since the only thing that's preventing me from using FlashPlay on my N-Gage now is that the interface won't work, so could I convince it to work by deleting the entire interface and then opening the file with FlashPlay with something like FileMan?
Ehh, I need the source code for FlashPlay. I think it's open source, but I can't find the code...
