Anybody on O2 contract, can you check my settings for me, I cant send any texts it just fails and goes into the outbox, as far as I know I havent changed anything!! :?
Text Msg Settings:
Msg centre: 02 SMS
No: +447802000332
Receive report: No
Msg Validity : Max
Msg send as: TEXT
Pref COnnection: GSM
Reply Via same ctr: Yes
Change "reply via same service center" to NO.
Apart from that all your settings are Ok.
The reasoning behind this is:
If a friend of yours texts you and they are on Voda, the msg will have came via there msc, If you have your phone set to reply via same center and reply to there text it will try to send your (o2) text msg via voda's msc. Voda will not except this.
