Hi everybody !
I am using SE P800 and now I want to master reset it but require device lock code. Problem is I don't remember its code. I tried 0000, 12345,.... but it is incorrect.
So please help me ! Is there way to reset P800 which don't need any code and I know all my data will be earse !
I'm waitting for reply of any kind guy who help me with pleasure !
Thank you very much !

The default lock code is probably documented in the phone's User's Guide.

If you have changed it and forgotten what you changed it to, you need to have a Sony Ericsson phone repair center reflash the phone.

try using the hidden service menu. that's a format, then the ROM is re-written onto C

turn jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *

The Service information screen contains following options: Software information, Hardware information, SIM locks, Configuration, Format internal disk.

I formatted internal disk like you guide. my phone come to orginal, but when I change device lock code, I input 0000---> code was incorrect ! Why ! It's impossible.
pleas guide me another way.!
Thank you very much !

if you format your c drive via the hidden service menu (this has the advantage of re-writing the ROM data onto c, not just deleting non-system data, which is the master reset), you will never need your unlock code - so why do you want/need to change it?

Hi Liverpool lad !
You said right ! never need unlock code for format in hidden-service. But I think when a boy ( ex. my friend) take my phone and active option lock phone when power on or when sim change.... . Then if I want to unlock phone, I will need device unlock code. ----> I lose !!! because I don't know device unlock code !
I don't know clearly because I haven't try it ( I don't dare)
Thanx for your guide !
