Faxmodem N6600

Hi,

I got a Bluetooth connection between my laptop and N6600.

Now I want to send a fax. The phone is calling the other fax but they "don't understand eachother"!

Please help! :?

I almost forget to say: Orange already activate the service...

Does nobody of you guy got the answer?
