The Black N-Gage

Ok, I was surfin around and I saw a a picture, though I think it was done in Photoshop, of an N-Gage with a totally black screen with a pic in the middle, and had a Digital Clock Display (opposed to the Clock with hands) and there words were in a Neon Green sort of color. Is there any way to actually do this on the N-gage (because I am pretty sure the pic was a fake, but still cool).
