I have a hard time figuring out what your problems are, exactly, so let's take a couple of steps back to clarify what you mean with "having a hard time", "phone does not want to accept uninstalled applications" and "read the message detail it is all blank".
In other words, for both of your problems:
If things worked before, what exactly did you do (step by step) immediately before, when things stopped working?
What, exactly, are you attempting to do (how, what steps do you take)?
What, exactly, is happening (post any and all, complete error messages as you see them)?
