Can someone clarify this for me:
i have a laptop with built in bluetooth it works fine with the fone and everything i want to use the nokia as a modem (bluetooth) the main question is how do i get charged....
if i have free wap access does it use that or i get charged at some kind of high rate...
thanx in advance

You can dial a a direct dial-up line data call and be charged by the minute like any phone call (and more, if you use HSCSD, High-Speed Circuit Switched Data).

With a GPRS WAP access point all that'd work from a PC would be a WAP browser, which won't do you much good.

For "proper" Internet access, you have to have the phone set up with a GPRS Internet Access Point (IAP). Most operators/carriers charge by the megabyte for GPRS Internet access. Some have a monthly fixed fee limit and charge for each MB above that.

In other words: Yes, you will be charged higher rates for using your phone as a modem to the Internet.
