I already master reset my N6600 and I still have the same... I have the latest Software version... it's 4.09.01... please help! Thanks in advance!

u just hard format the phone and mmc (note it will delete all the data alll)
then when u install the application just reboot the phone after 5 to 6 installation
and use pc sute if posible for installing
Im using PC suite (latest version) or Card reader... I can't hard format my phone coz it will void my warranty from T-Mobile (Phone provider)... My phone has T-Mobile stuffs(preinstalled) and if these thing got deleted, it will definitely void my warranty from them and I don't want to risk that... I hope there's another way around to fix this other than hard format... Thanks for your suggestions... I really appreciate it!
hard format won't erase the t-mobile software

I ASKED T-Mobile
"Since my phone isn't working correctly and you've said you can't help me and could only offer me a new phone, it doesn't matter what resets or button pushes I do right?"
"No, you can do what you want"
You should have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Firmware is in rom, erase doesn't touch it. But, if you're only getting them on w/ pc suite and you have to reboot it's probably not worth it.

It's pretty sad, 4 days a week, but they'll soon learn 😉 Then again they keep sending me free stuff so I'm not complaining.
