in the process of updating my p900 i am getting a "Fatal Error" notification, that is after i have downloaded the update and accepted the Java message. I am running Windows XP pro SP1, Java2 ver 1.4.1 and IE 6.0.2 (using Avant Browser some times). PCsuite is 2.3.1, ISDN 64K connection. It is very annoying, i tried it on another PC here as well doing everything from the beggining (install PC Suite, download again the update, etc etc) and still got the same error. I would appreciate any help... 😉

PS. even more annoying is the fact that before i have upgraded p900 for a friend without any problem...., and now i cannot do it for myself!!!........... 😮 😡
so, my problem should be quite severe, i am not getting a single reply on it... :frown:
When you say you "Tried it on another PC here" does that mean you are trying this at work through a corporate network? If so, it might be the corporate firewall that is causing the problems - and would explain why you get the same message on someone else's machine at work, but not for you friend (presumably at home?).

I also tried it @ work but because of the proxy i could not proceed. @ home i tried it both on my PC and on my Laptop with the same results (Fatal Error). I then unistalled everything (Java, PC Suite) and tried again, but same error...
Now i feel a little desperate...
