i have a 6600 which has got half installed o2 active on it. when i go to the app manager menu it is listed but when i hilight it to remove all i get is "system error".
can anyone please give me some instructions on how to remove the thing its becoming a pain as every often it launches gprs to try and complete the download and fails every time. O2 can't seem to help me. sorry if this problem has been listed somewhere idid do a search but couldn't see any thing .
Please help a not very technically minded person sort it out
