music player help..

could some one please help me..

i put mp3s on my 32 mb card n try to play it on the music player n the device says tht "music player: system error" ...any one know wht to do..i sent a query to the nokia ppl havvent recieved a reply yet, been 3 weeks +...

Yeah... Nokia is a real tit when it comes to responding to emails. What I would suggest doing it just check your music player throughout the day. Mine does the same thing sometime,s but eventually works again. Also, make sure you put the music files correctly on your MMC. They do not get put in ANY folder. Basically hit copy and paste on the mp3s you want, then paste them directly to the E:/ drive using the usb cable that came with yoru N-Gage. I hope this helps.

Mine does it too, sometimes. You can try the following:

First close the music player. Then use FExplore and delete the file 'playlist.dat' in the root of E:
Try again.

If that does not fix it, delete the file again and switch off the phone.
Switch it back on and try the music player again. (Usualy works then)

If that still does not work... Do the first two again but take the battery out. wait for about 10 seconds then put it back and switch on. Try the music player again.

So far, by folowing these steps, I get it to work every time.

Note: you dont have to have the files in the root of E:

e:\Hacksign\ost1\
e:\Hacksign\ost2\
e:\Hacksign\ost3\
