unexpected error

Ya... this happens quite often, especially when ur phone has a lot of info to be backuped.

I have since stopped using PC Suite over BT for full backup.

Suggets you only use Sync in PC Suite via BT for backup and edit of contacts in MS Outlook. For the full phone backup, it is better to do this:

1) Backup phone memory to MMC
2) Backup MMC with MMC reader connected to PC (ie. save MMC contents on PC)

With the above, u could backup 256 MB of memory in a fraction of the time required via BT. It is also a lot quicker for restoring.
