How much would you pay for this phone.
Looks like opening (unsubsidised) price will be around �400-�450
So with a contract maybe �250?
Anyone... and remember its really is a superphone. I've seen comparisons to the Ericsson phones, but its at a different level in terms of things you can do with it,.

There is some rumors that the price could be something about 555�, but nobody can confirm that untill next april.. 
I think �4-500 would be quite a good price unblocked. Not sure if I would pay more, even with a built in camera!!
I must say that when I first saw the phone on PocketPCThoughts, I fell in love with it.
I doubt I'll buy one because my 9210 does all I currently want, but if someone wants to buy me one

I am not sure about it being GBP500. I am a cellphone wholesaler. And the wholesale price currently in Germany is GBP565!! Imagine the retail price. Btws. I am selling it for GBP575 too

Unfortunatley that price does not include VAT it says "Nokia 7650 SIM - �399 (�468.82 inc. VAT) " although the VAT statement on site is in very small print.
Here the price is 795�... thought it's not the final but it's shows the way what the price is going to be..
I think it's ok price for that..
this site says that the SIM FREE 7650 will be for around 499 pounds.

Also in the latest issue of "WHAT CELlPHONE" on page 13 it says that -
"The Nokia 7650 is expected to go on sale for around Euro 550 what at the moment is around 350 pounds. bear in mind that you may need to opt for a contract to realize the full multimedia potential of this handset"

The latest Carphone Warehouse catalogue has the 7650 as from �299.99 availibility June.
Nokia sets approximate price for Nokia 7650 on its site at 795 Euro.

I think that these phones are very competitively priced by Expansys (don't get me wrong, I don't have that money floating around, but I feared it could be worse).
A number of people have recoiled at the price, but I had to point out that this (the 7650) is much more than just a phone.
Memory concerns aside, this phone looks REALLY nice and applications like EpocWare's 'Safe' have such a crips feel to them, this phone has to be a go!
I'm thinking about how I can justify one of these along with my 9210........

Do what I'm doing, buy one for the girlfriend. Its simler to buying the wife a sports car. It alows you to have the latest toy, but you can always blame the expense on her.
I just picked up the June catalogue fron the Link (UK phoneshop) and it advertising the 7650 from �250 
. A �10 deposit secures one.
It is also lists O2's XDA for a mere �500 
. I wonder how it will do at that price?

i have had all of nokias tops phones and seeing this 7650 really does promise the best out of all of them. Ive been scowering the net as well as other sources like high street shops - ive been trying to but a 7650 for over a month now ive had prices ranging as high as �1500 to �510inc....what a difference.
The carphone warehouse have theirs marked up at 299 with contract - no offline price yet ! the link has theirs for �250 with contract and �520ish offline.
This phone as wounderful as it sounds is still creme de la creme and therefore anyone who wants it will have to pay top dollar for now but just like everything else especially in the phone market, give it say.... 3 weeks and you'll see at least �100 off this phone if not more. i have a 9210,t100,6310 plus more and this 7650 will beat all of them hands down but it will come at a heavy price. then again the t100 was a pile of !"�$ and that was 375 offline !!!!
i wonder how much the sonyericsson p800 wil be when its launched it september !

I have recently preordered my 7650 from the link. It is �299 on O2 contract or �552 sim free. The release date for the phone is 29th, 30th of June or quite probably the 1st of July.
The O2 xda is released on the 17th of June.

From what i can see the O2 xda is going to be better than the Nokia 7650?, is this right?, or am i missing something here?
I think they're two different beasts.
It is a <B>Microsoft PocketPC Phone Edition</B> and not a <B>Micrososft Windows Powered Smartphone</B> (which is more comparable with the 7650 - though not as good as the 7650).
any info on sony p800 when compared with 7650. does the p800 has a spaekerphone?
spoke to vodaphone CS and they said the phone is available on the 20th July and couldn't preorder
it's out already! in Finland, the price is 790 euro!
