Hi there, just some advice if you dont know this already.
Please do not attempt to mess around with any of the Administrative tools.
First of all Open CONTROL PANEL > ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS > SERVICES
In the list of services running, click on Mcaffe Virus Scan, then right click or in the window click STOP, do the same to Mcaffe Firewall. Now connect your P900 to the sync station. (if you connect you phone before you stop the services, Mrouter will crash.)

Service can be restarted after, by clicking start agian or when the system reboots the services will load automatically.
