The synchronisation with the P900 was working fine until I upgraded my computer from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Since then, the synchronosation of the contacts and the notes is only partiel. Many contacts I have in Outlook 2003 are not synchronized and almost all the notes. What is wrong ?
Synchronisation Problem with P900
Sometimes the database (either in Outlook or the P900) can become corrputed. In order to clear the problem, first try;
1/ Backup the P900
2/ Do a master reset from the Control Panel
3/ Force a full synch with Outlook
If this works, the it was the P900 that became corrupted. If not;
1/ Restore the backup to the P900.
2/ Do a full archive from Outlook - hence clearing it but leaving you with archives to resotre from if it doesn't work
3/ Force a full synch from P900 to Outlook
