Download both
Download from net/wap, send to phone via email/bluetooth/IR
Yes it perfectly safe.
Hope this answers your questions.
riiigghhtt..
thanks!
but... (sorry) how do i email from net to mobile phone??
:-?
You have to set up either a POP3 or IMAP4 account (Your ISP email) on your phone, call your ISP and get your email settings (Incoming / Outgoing server address). Search the fourm for email settings and you'll get a better idea. (the search button is at the top of the page).
umm.. can i still use the send and receive mail if i'm not applied for GPRS ???
just using wap
No you can't retreive mail through wap, but you can set up an access point to dial you ISP (Like you would on your PC) and access the mail in the same way you would in Microsoft outlook.
If you setup an "Pay as You go" account on Freeserve i'll post all the settings on here.
Remeber to activate your email account from the website.
hummm...
how does the freeserve works ??
so you mean for example
now i;m using ihug as my ISP then i call the number from my phone and then ....
for the payment is it local call for the ISP ?? and i need to pay again for the freeserve ???
Oh...Sorry I'm assuming that you live in england. Yes it is a local call and no it's free (Hence the name "FREEserve""😉
You can only do it if you live in the UK, if your using any network (Except Vodafone) the call comes out of your free minutes.
wow england lol
so are there any other way to send and retrieve mail without applying for GPRS
and if i want to use MMS i must apply for GPRS isn;t it ???/
Contact your ISP and tell them you want to Dial Up to retrieve your Email from a Mobile phone, and they will give you all the information you need.
