Hello ! My 6600 just got stolen 😞 but luckily I had Backed up the data on my PC. I wanted to know if if it possible to restore the data directly to P900 which i am planning to buy or do i have to buy another 6600 if i want my data.

Thanks

Thanx for the reply. I have borrowed a friends 6600 and backed up all my contacts on it. The prob is when i try to sync it to my windows addressbook it stops at 139 entry and says sync complete. I have over 500 contacts. Wat do u think is wrong ?

Could you pls go to

Contacts > Options > Contacts info > Memory

and check how many contacts there are ?

There are 503 contacts. I have tried to Reinstall the PC suiet sevral tines but it always reads only 139 entries. PLS HELP

Even if installing the 6600 suite and setting up isn't giving you errors, did you try the registry fix from the nokia site for that suite? It might be worth a shot.

Go to the 'tasks' folder of the backup directory of PC Suite and delete all entries there.

Then restart PC Suite, try again and tell us what happens pls..
