Just courious if p900 supports T9 on virtual keypad when flip was removed from the unit. If not, what other features or functions were disable (flip removed)?

Everything works just the same with the flip removed. In the control panel you can enable "flip removed" (or whatever the menu-item is called in the English UIQ) and you get an extra icon in the status-bar. You can also enable this when the flip is actually still attached (the icon will disappear again however when you close the actual flip again), and you can try it out before removing the flip...
