HI everyone.
Ive been runnig my3650 for over a year now with no probs, (apart from the odd crash etc) i've got lots of things on the phone including paid for programs such as webviewer and games etc.
Yesterday my phone crashed and I tried turning it back on and it was reallllly slooooowww. Then when it nearly starts it says either memory full delete some data. Or some other error messages.
thing is I didnt add any data and there is at least enough room for 8 full size pictures in the phone memory so it cant be the data amount, nor the memory card as that has 5MB left on it, (standard card came with the phone)
Can someone confirm how to use safe mode I tried starting it while pressing c and pencil button but cant tell if I am in safe mode or not.
any help appreciated as I really want my 3650 back asap. 😞

urgent help 3650? :-(
managed to get on so it will go to the menu page on the phone but it wont open anything hardly. Now it says 0 pictures available when trying to take a pic and memory on the phone is over 4000KB used only 86free. Dont want to turn it off yet in case I can do something with it on now in the menu function as I cant garentee I will be able to get it back on again.
any help appreciated.

Hey,you first transfer your stuff on ur phone memory to card like pics and videos.Make at least a space of 0.5 to 1.0 mb.Then restart ur phone.In safe mode i think it pen button to be hold untill logo appears
yo dude i have had the same problem with my 3650 after i installed a software called phone info .... gave it to nokia and they re-installed the software and got it to run ...but if you dont have a show room close by u can do a soft fromat like suggested but its a combo of 3 buttons which have to be held down when the phone is booting if u need it post a reply ill give it to you
thanks for that, i turned it off and tried to restart it but now it doesnt get past the nokia logo.
What is the safe mode button? and whats the rest combo? does it delete all data/programs names etc?

i left the battery off yesterday for 15 hours yet the clock remained? why is this?
yo dude i had the same problem like i said i dint know abt safe mode at the time ..so i gave i t to nokia they took 3 days ..reinstalled the software according to which country you are ..i got mine from finland got it fixed in asia ..dint see much diff accept the backgorund default pic changed my mmc card got corrupted
my phone was not booting up like yours u can try the safe mode its hold the green button, keypad 3 and * at the same time switch on the phone.... if that does not work then hey ull just have to give it to nokia let me know how it goes send me an [email][email protected][/email]
dont think that is working, if I send into a nokia service centre I will keep my MMC and my sim just send the phone. Will all my data go stored on the phone, names pictures etc? there was loads on there 😞
I really think you should try to back up your data...
Either via IR or Bluetooth or you can use a card reader....
If you don�t have one, then ask a friend, to help....
Next thing: (When the phone is runnig...)
Safe all your contacts and you mails on the Memory card, that will give you round about 500k - 1mb free phone memory.
Also safe all your photos and you vids on the MMC as well....
I have about 2 or 2,5 MB of free phone memory and had never problems of that kind...
(Okay, I guess you can only do that if you can get beyond the main menu.... but that�s the things I would try...)
I guess if you get your phone to Nokia you can say goddbye to your data... :-/
well he cant back up the data cause the phone want boot up and yeah you will loose all your data ..but there have been instance when the phone comes back the data can be recoverd by manually doing a hard restart ....a sries of numbers ..did u install nay software on the phone ???? it happend to my phone when i put phone info on my phone? ask nokia to try an retrive ur mem im sure they will try and makeshow u tell them its a software prob and not hard ..cause i was told that my programbale ic was cruptted
