Hi
I have a problem I have just found out I cant playback any video files that
my phone has made.
It comes up with this message "gallery: unknown file format"
All I can think that I have done is deleted something of the phone,
I have been trying out other software for video.
Hope somebody can help

Sure Tim,
Your phone creates 3gp files w/ h.263 amr-nw (I probably got a number wrong because I like my phone so much it keeps me awake too long). These should play with the default real player that came with your phone. If you want you can install the helix player and that should play all your clips. Helix is available for download from:
https://helixcommunity.org/
( you have to register)
then it's in the files tab at the bottom (I installed the 3 advanced packages, instructions are in the build). This should play your clips and it may install some shared libraries that real needs.
For some reason I can't find a way to dl a .sis installer for the default real so if you really need to, you can do one of the phone memory deep formats and it should bring it back from the rom. Of course that's a last ditch effort.
