wht are prototype??

In the context of mobile phones a prototype is a a pre-release device that has some, but not necessarily all the features intended for final commercial product (which may end up looking different, with different parts/components entirely, and actually may end up not being released at all). Prototype quality is usually much less than that of commercial devices. Manufacturers make them for testing and development purposes. They're not intended to be sold.

To "con" somebody (by a "con artist" or a "con man" 😉 usually means selling something the buyer is never going to receive. E.g., you would be "conned", if someone on eBay sells you a 9500, and you pay expecting to actually receive it and that it would be a real, commercial quality device. You loose your money, and the "con man" gets it. You may get a prototype device, something entirely different or nothing.
