What I want:
1. Calls should be answered (default message)
2. Calls should be answered with special message
according to the callerID
3. Calls from <Private numbers> should get a message
that I do not want a call from private numbers
4. I want to use the dictation via pressing "#" for a
while.

I have a Nokia 3660.
