My friends at sony ericsson have informed met that the problems accioated with mcafe pro and synk the phone to outlook are causing them major problems. The only fix they can give me so my phone works with my pc is to uninstall mcafe off the pc and then use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And that is the only fix, so when i asked them why there web site recommends that u use the phone through mcafee and how to set it up with the phone i got a simple "im not too sure sir" ????
the problem occours when the phone trys to access the regestry why it wants to is beond me..........an fatil application error occors which locks up the synk software, no matter how you install it it will not work. i have tried everything so has anybody managed to get the phone to synk through mcafee pro if so how?
as i do not wish to uninstall it or change to the crap norton or other software that cant compete with mcafee......
any ideas anyone????
