Difference between 8.0 and 8.1

Hi,
Can any one please let me know the difference between Symbian 8.0 and Symbain 8.1. This is very urgent and important.

Symbian can, if they wish. Talk to them. The latest announce Symbian OS version is 8.0, so you will not find any published information about versions after that (and not yet too much public info about 8.0 either on Symbian's web pages).
