anyone have Theme for 3660..??

The 3660 doesn't support Themes. It is based on Series 60 1.2 and Themes were introdced with Series 60 2.0 (the first phone with it was the 6600).

You can get a somewhat comparable effect with Smart Launcher. Search for it in the shop:
