ngage system problem

My application installer in the extras folder of my ngage is broke. its one a week old i havnt even installed any java games. whenever i open the applications program i t would go "App. Closed! MidpUI" and all i can do is say ok. and juz so u know i retarted my ngage several tyms and still it has da same problem. is der any way 2 reinstall da whole ngage system? Thanx
