format the phone, and re-install it

Hopefully you read this in time,

Check the phones memory C: for old traces of the app file (that would have been placed when you originally installed) and delete these and then re-install,as there may have been a conflict during install. 😊

If you have problems get fexplorer, then go to the installs folder (on your active drive) and open in viewer the sis for the application you installed. Scoll to the bottom and hopefully you will see the invoice of where every file installed by that installer went. I changed the name of the file and bt'ed it to my machine so I could easily do removes, but you can just keep opening it, or remember or something. When you're done delete that sis and try again.

2 things

1) The drive isn't specified in the installer so sometimes things end up in your phone memory system instead of the flash card (this may just be recogs or something) so look in both places

2) I you're reinstalling the application you probably don't need to worry about it, but you don't want to delete anything that's in use by other apps. I'm not sure how you would check so I just wouldn't kill any dll's for now.
