Orange MMS - help needed

Did you try sending it as email? Also, did you make sure that the camera is set to record in high quality/large size?

this may make a difference. Have you tried bluetoothing the file to your machine and looking at it?

when i BT it to my computer it looks fine. Image quality is set to high but it looks like MMS settings restrict you to sending a small pic via MMS. I haven't figured out how to use email yet......any tips would be welcome

I haven't used Orange for a couple of years, but you might need to look at their website to set up email. It may cost you more that way since it's another gprs connection. You want to know what firmware your phone is using (check the codes page for that) and you need to know what your ISP's settings are. Search the forum for tips on setting up email. A good rule of thumb is to start by changing the least amount of things and turning security off. Try using the default providers email in and out boxes. You can also get ota configurations sent to your phone from nokia, although they aren't guaranteed to work or be any better.

If that url doesn't work just do the nokia.co.uk or whatever your local is and go to support then get to the phone settings page. It's kinda last ditch, but it might be worth it.
