Personally I would go for the P900. IMO it's the perfect combination between PDA and phone, while the 7700 is completely focused on multimedia (if you want to make a phone call, you have to hold it sideways, just like the n-gage :icon13: ). But offcourse what matters is what's important to you...
And like Ismail said, we can't compare sound-quality yet...
as p900 has already many features and function

and i have heard that new model of p900 is coming with qwerty keypad is it true
First of all the N7700 has a higher resolution screen (640x320 instead of the P900's 208x320). The N7700 also has FM radio, EDGE and more internal memory.
The P900 with qwerty keyboard is just a rumour, but it's probably true (looking at the pictures of the "new" UIQ OS)! However nobody knows when that will be released
