Inside system folder. Some questions! — Nokia 7650

Hello!

Inside Z: drive, under Z:/system/install , there are lot of sis files!
I tried to install on of these files (just to see what happens!) ... but nothing happened! Are these backups from the 7650' default applications?

I also got my attention to a folder called CERTSAVER !!! (inside Apps)
Is this something like windows Regedit?? (I copied one of it's files, renamed it to a txt just to see... but with no sucess. Later i'll try with a hex editor!)

Inside Z:/system/data/pinbdefault/ are some lnk files. I presume this are the link files we find at the favourites! Right?

CERTSAVER
i assumed that would be the certificates folder
where trust sites, and certificates from certified apps etc would go, nothing special just a folder for trust certificates and what not like IE and Windows isnt it?

and yeah as for those lnk files I got the same impression they were the favoruties shortcuts.

The Z drive is the ROM drive. i.e. you can't delet or write stuff to it. In fact Nokia probably don't want you to be able to see it at all (not that it's secret - they just don't want confused users).
