I deleted the installation log of my P800 (it was an error). Now the installation list is empty. How can I uninstall an app? Is it possible to redo the log?

Can you not just restore your most recent backup?
you can get all these log files from a recent backup file (if you've done the backup recently)
or as "Bassey" said, you can easly do a restore!
