If anyone can help me with my n6600 i would really appreciate it ...
everytime i turn my phone off and then back on , the old delivery reports keeps popping up , although they already been delivered a long time ago , also it give me apps main closed ... :?
what is this and how can i fix it

They're not received properly, and stored at the network (operator servers) and sent when you turn the phone on and it "signs-on" to the network again.
If my memory serves me right, newer firmware releases fixes this. An authorized Nokia service center should be able to help you for free under warranty (especially if you ask for a firmware update because of this behaviour):
