Panther & iSync with P900

I've seen a same sort of post here but that didn't solve my problem, so writing again.

It was almost fine when I used to use OS X Jaguar with an older version of the SE P900 firmware, I did able to add SE to iSync but with no "get" files capabilities with BT file exchange service. Since I upgraded to OS X Panther and SE firmware to R5B02 I cannot add P900 to iSync any more. No need to say, my phone and my PB are already paired. I can send/install file from my PB to SE, make/receive calls, send contacts to SE using address book over BT but when I try to add P900 to iSyncy, it says, "No devises found" after searching for the device. Any idea what I'm missing? Is it a firmware problem? Any one out here got this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Cheers,
