Hi!
Just got my nokia 6600, got kind of dissapointed when I saw the pictures that came out of the phone.
Look at this picture for example, unmodified right from the memorycard: http://www.mediazone.se/nokia6600.jpg
I can see the same phenomenon in the viewfinder when I'm on my way taking the picture but when it has been saved it looks allright in the display. But when it's transfered to the computer it's f**ked again.
Is this a known problem? Can I do anything to fix this or do I have to leave it to the service center?

have you done a forum search on camera problems?? might find something. To me definately looks like a problem with the camera youll probably have to take it to nokia care centre
I have received 2 6600's. On the first one the camera sucked. Just terrible. The second one it worked great. (I'm comparing this to the 3650 cam which just seemed to work better and now has interchangeable lenses). Set picture quality to high first and remember to hold it still before you get it replaced/fixed. This is luck of the draw hardware since both my phones were same firmware only manufactured/repackaged 12 days apart. But just so you know, yeah, the 6600's do sometimes come w/ coned cameras.
in that case he should definately get a replacement.
