I'm not sure you can do it from your phone. If the filetype is mapped by extension (which appears to be the case), then the only way is by changing the files to a type that has DRM built in. I know quicktime has drm to prevent redistribution, but I'm not sure how supported it is w/ the 6600 3gp profile. You can try encoding w/ qt pro, but I'm not sure if you could even send them normally yourself. Kinda a tough one.

You send a file to someone and they can't send it to anyone else.
May be some protection software, like popping a protected 3gp in a sis so it can be sent and decoded, but not resent..still tough since the sis isn't automatically deleted.
