I need urgently help on Nokia 9210

Friend what do you mean not connected(is it "via infrared device" or for "software cables"😉

If via infrared device make sure that your communicator system is active to this kind of connection,Try to check your infrared.

If via device cable a lot of times the lower portion of 9210 losses the contact on the buttom part via connector socket of the board if you can tighten the screws below or adust the contact inside the connector lm sure you can connect your phone to your software.Just be specific to your problem for others to understand the thread.Good Luck!!!
