icant i make the 3650 like a server----i mean..i only have bluetooth dongle to connent to my pc,,no ir..so cant i conect my 3650 throu bloototh and connect another mobile throu ir from 3650,so also that mobile is vonnnected to the pc?
also...doses anykind of progra like tath exist to 3650?

No can do. Also, with your next question consider using a more descriptive subject/title for your post (like an short/summary version of your question/concern/problem/whatever).
It makes it easier for people to see whether they care to read the actual post at all, or just skip it. With a good subject/title you are far more likely to succeed in getting people to read your post than without.
