BUT THERE IS NO INFO ABT UPCOMINGS MODEL
CAN ANY ONE TELL ME OR CAN ANY ONE TELL ME THE SITE WHERE I CAN SEE THE PROTO OR ELSE

Until such a thing is announced by Sony Ericsson (on http://www.sonyericsson.com and/or otherwise), it is only a rumour. They haven't announced any such things, so it is.
The P900 started shipping around December 2003 in some countries, or about six months ago, if my memory serves me right.
Also, if you wouldn't use all upper case letters, your question would be much easier to read.
(And, as you already might know, in "netiquette" - Internet etiquette - writing in all upper case is a style that readers are supposed to interpret as shouting. Your post does not seem like it needs to be shouted.)
