Sometimes when i am trying to install a sis file, it only writing "install.." for a second the stop and doesnt install anything.
Does someone know the reason for that ??

You can probably install it w/ the pc suite install command, but you probably don't want to do that since you may find that if your phone won't install (does what yours does) then it won't uninstall (sometimes) and the app may not work anyways. As to why...to be honest I think it's some localization that vendors are doing that may free up memory, but remove some API's. Can you install BOTH versions of Opera or just the English one?
BTW: just to further illustrate how clueless Nokia itself is, (USA) I called them and asked what the latest firmware was. The first guy couldn't answer and the next guy said 3.48 *rolls eyes*.
