Nokia 6600, PC Suite and Blue Monkey USB Adaptor....

I'm having soooo much trouble setting these up its getting silly.

I've got Blue Manager 2.1 installed, and my phone has succesfully been paired with the dongle.

The thing is - I cant get Nokia PC suite to connect to the phone. The mRouter works fine - I've got the phone connected on COM3.

However as soon as I try to do anything to conenct to the phone in Nokia PC Suite, the Nokia Connection Manager comes up. Well, first the phone selector comes up, without my phone on the list, and when I click Connection it comes up.

It only lists IR and Cable connections. If I select IR it tells me I havnt got that hardware installed - which is correct, and if I click serial cable it only shows COM1 and COM2.

It doesnt show anything related to Bluetooth. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try creating an autoconnecting serial port for your phone in your bluetooth places and making sure that connects before m-router (uncheck all the mrouter ports).

Have you got Nokia PC suite installed on a different drive from your operating system? If so uninstall it, clean your registry with the software provided by Nokia, then re-install on your main drive.
