Hello Once again,
I posted one question but i still didn't get the answer. I am hopeful i will get it soon.
my next question is. how can i know my phone support that much color. mean is there any way to find how color much my phone supports. I have 3660 but whenever i open some of my pictures in images its showing a box with color. its now showing the image so i wanna know how much color my phone support.
Waiting once again.
Regards,
Naaz
The display is a 176 x 208 resolution, 65K (or 65536) colour display.
The VGA camera takes 640x480 resolution pictures with 16M (or 16777216) colours and stores them in JPEG format.
so is there any command or hot key by which i can know how much my phone is currently supporting.. i mean is it support 4096 or 65k color support.
Regards,
naaz
No such commands or hotkeys, but it supports what I said earlier.
Of course you could write a piece of software that tells you this, but you already know it so why bother.
Or do you think that the product/feature descriptions for the phone are wrong, and that it really doesn't support 65K colours, etc.? If so, why (because it does)?
Actually i read in that forum somewhere that one of the guy install and then remove 1 or 2 software and his question was the color reduce to 4095. I am also playing a lot with my mobile. I just want to check is that right. I know my mobile support 65K but as he said by removing some of the software the color support reduce. that's the main object of my question.,

As if it wasnt mentioned in the manual. Or at least one of the reasons why you purchased a 3660 instead of a 3650...
I dont get why one should even want to know? You might as well count it.

what kind of box?
do you mean that little three-coloured image in the list (on the left) where all the photos are listed?
you have to refresh thumbnails -> when you see that odd box, press [left softkey] OPTIONS and then UPDATE THUMBNAILS
by removing some of the software the color support reduce. that's the main object of my question.,

COuld it be that its already an LCD problem, if colors would change to 4096???
Hardware and not software?
