if using the alarm clock my 9210 will freeze???

Hi everybody,

I am a happy owner of an 9210 V4.13 (german), but everytime I set the alarm clock to wake me up in the morning then my 9210 will either freeze before the alarm goes off,

or short after I answered the alarm to stop it.
This is very decepting and I'd like to know if someone else gets the same errors?

To make it clear:
when I say it freezes, then the Comm. side and phone side will not work any more until the 9210 gets connected to the power plug.

Any hints on this?

Greetings from Munich,
Ralf

try deleting ini files or format your unit...

back-up first your data. do this at your own risk...

at startup -- two hands...

shift+crtl+"i" to delete ini files

or shift+crtl+"F" to format

HTH 😉

I used to have this problem with firmware 3.54, but after getting 4.13 the clock works fine. Maybe a complete format or deleting the INI-files as whiplash suggested works.

I'm currently having a problem when charging the phone. If I plug it in then the PDA+Phone resets continualy.
The strange thing about this is, that this only occurs when the screen brightness is set at it's lowest, when I increase the brightness a little it doesn't reset anymore...
