This thread included a poll: Sendo X or Nokia 7610?

Stereo?
Specs say Dual Channel Audio System.
Not the word Stereo.
I'm wondering weather it's just the one Mono channel played trou both sides of the phone...
Which is not the same at all..

If they release the damn thing we will find out I guess 😊

Oh - 7610 wins for me so far on it's Mega Pixel camera.

Best

Will

The Nokia 7610 is nice and stylish, and the 1.3 mega pixel camera is good (no flash light). But, other than the MP camera, the 7610 seems only a bit better than the old 6600.
7610:
a) weird keyboard, again (when will they ever learn ??!!)
b) mini mmc card hidden under the battery (where can you buy these from ?!)
c) 8MB of on-board storage (6600 had 6MB, so a bit more, but Sendo X has 32MB)
d) no mp3 player (Sendo X has good one, with playlists)
e) no games (at least on the one I saw - games folder was empty)

I love the hot-swap of the Sendo X, and the support for SD cards. These also have larger capacities, and are cheaper than standard MMC cards. God know's what these mini ones will cost. Can't find anyone selling them either.
The expandable keyboard of the X looks good too, but i've heard there is a bluetooth one coming for the 7610, so maybe that will be good too (power might be an issue though, unless it has batteries in it, but then it will be heavier I suppose).
Also, Nokia have just announced another load of more advanced ones today, just as this is being released, which puts me off a bit. That's a bit like Sony, always swapping the range quickly. Does not make for happy users...

That is progress for you.BTW:The 7610 has a (arround)1MP Camera,not 1.3MP.

The Bluetooth keyboard is the best thing Nokia came up with in years. Its a shame its not compatible with older Series 60 devices.

im sure we can find a way to do so

Am I right in saying that, apart from the resolution, the actual quality of the camera in the 7610 is not very good? I heard that there weren't many settings (eg. brightness) that you could manually change.

Which phone is better at running S60 apps?
