Does anyone have/know a message come up sayin "app main closed" when starting the phone up?

This message can occur when the phone was turned off with apps still running. 😊

i have the same problem my phone keep telling me that the app is closed and i cant receive any msgs or send any .... and is this a virus or what and what can i do ??

any one can help us plzzzzzzz
